havent been blogging again. opps! been pretty in my own world recently. anyway, the black and white darkroom session was fun (: i learnt lots of new things, but it was such a waste cos majority of the photos i took were blur. thanks to me not putting it on auto focus :/
just last saturday, i met up with my secondary school classmates. it has been awhile since i last saw them. although i was pretty quiet, felt really awkward i am still glad we met up. (: thanks alot you guys, i was really happy. we should meet up sometime again and in the mean time i should brush up on my chinese. haha! when mich, val and zx were talking in chinese i couldnt really understand what they were saying. irony is i used to speak to them in chinese! yikes, this is what Law and Mgt can do to you, make you loose your mother tongue, cos everything is in english. even the lecturers dont allow us to speak in chinese, if we were to do that, they would scold. but anyway, i dont speak in chinese cos the wu guis would just laugh at me :p i know i sound funny.
i somehow like to stay in school, even though sometimes lessons start much later. like today my lesson start at 2 but i went to school at around 9.30. went to study for socio, when i was done i just sat at the sports hall and look out at the football field and look at the beautiful clouds. it somehow just lets me appreciate the wonders of nature even more. it is a breather from things at home, from school work. (:
oh i wanted to blog something that i love for a really long time ago. so i shall do it today since i am on the topic of nature. okay if you guys didnt know, i love ants. yes ants (: to me they are the most amazing thing in this whole world. to many they maybe really irritating and disgusting but to me they are amazing and i really want to learn from them. nature is something we all can learn from. ants are amazing, because despite them being really small, they never give up. they would go all out to provide food for the nest, even if the food that they are carrying is so many more times bigger than them and even if it takes them more than 5 trips back and forth just to get what they want. i really admire their perseverance. everyday they carry back to their nest about 2,400 insects, so imagine how many times and how much weight they have to carry. it takes them 2 hours to finally get the food safetly back into the nest. these ants never stop working, but they never did give up, they know that this is what they have to do. however, we always give up when things get though, we are bigger than these ants, we are supposed to be smarter than them then why are we giving up so easily.
everytime i look at these ants, i would think of their undying perserverance. they risk their life to get food for the queen ant. it take us just one second to kill them, but it takes them many times more than a second to get out of the nest.
be like ants (: never giving up. i am learning not to give up and be like an ant!
